Inferior product pen mechanism. 3 out of 5 fungus pens didn't work as the mechanism just slipped when you twist it. When I complained I was told like others the product must be unopened even for a replacement. UK consumer law seems not to apply to mullend.
I was forced to give 1 star due to the circumstances. They advertise a risk-free trial and a money-back guarantee, but after a month, I saw no results. When I attempted to get a refund, I was shocked to learn that only unopened products are eligible for returns, as stated in the fine print. This certainly doesn't feel risk-free! Save your money, everyone. This is a scam!

If I could give a negative star, I would. This company is a complete scam. I ordered the teeth gel, and upon arrival, it lacked the ingredients listed on the site. It was overpriced for a tiny tube that turned out to be mostly water and glycerin with some peppermint flavor! I contacted the company shortly after receiving it, and they promised to investigate. No response came. After waiting for weeks, hoping for goodwill, I reached out again only to be told it was beyond their 14-day return policy. Their website states you have 90 days for a refund! No luck. This is a total scam product and company. A waste of money.
Do not even think about this company. I bought 6 pens with minimal improvement on my nails, then ordered 3 more, two of which were faulty. They showed no interest in exchanging or refunding. I referenced consumer protection laws, but they ignored it. Also, the company is not based in England.
I ordered 3 toe nail pens, but 2 became defective after the 14-day return window, and they refused to replace them. The first one worked fine, but I opened the second one later, and it stopped working within days. I emailed the company, opened the third one, and it was also faulty. I sent them a video, but they denied my request for replacements due to their 14-day policy, which doesn't clarify what to do with faulty items. I've asked for the CEO's email, but they won't provide it. They should be replacing the pens. Terrible customer service.
