I would give zero stars if possible. My husband and son were parked in a lot when one of their insured drivers collided with my car not once but twice, causing damage and frightening my son. This was all recorded on my dashcam, so there's no dispute about fault. They have been slow to respond to my insurer's legal team, which is now taking action. They claim they're not responsible for their drivers, but they need to ensure their insured drivers handle accidents professionally. Their lack of response is unacceptable.
