Extremely Disappointing Experience

The customer service was appalling. The representative was unprofessional and offered no assistance. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Regrettable Experience

I didn't even want to give them one star. I was hit by a drunk driver who was arrested at the scene and insured by this company. They initially tried to deny it was him driving, which is absurd since he was the only person in the car, and there is a police report to confirm it. Nearly two years later, my solicitor is still fighting for compensation. I would 100% avoid this company; they are disgraceful and should not be allowed to operate.

Steer Clear!!

Steer clear!!! The administration team is a nightmare to deal with. They rarely respond to emails, constantly claim they're following up with another insurance provider, and refuse to give a clear update on the information they're waiting for. They just ignore emails. The communication is appalling. They're withholding my excess until they get paid from a third party but are only sending reminder emails instead of being proactive and making calls. Just avoid them altogether.

Excess Charges Are Outrageous

They take your money immediately but claim it can take up to 30 days for a refund. It seems like a scam, as they wait until the 30th day. I'm on day 26 with no update. Their excess charges are ridiculous at £1500, especially when other companies offer it for less than £500. I'm relieved I chose a different provider instead; this company can go away.

Completely Unacceptable Service

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband and son were parked in a lot when one of their insured drivers collided with my car not once but twice, causing damage and frightening my son. This was all recorded on my dashcam, so there's no dispute about fault. They have been slow to respond to my insurer's legal team, which is now taking action. They claim they're not responsible for their drivers, but they need to ensure their insured drivers handle accidents professionally. Their lack of response is unacceptable.
