Review Time
"Ethan" at Munbee Prints assured me that my shirt would be delivered in time for my father's 85th birthday, that it would be shipped via priority mail. Dad's birthday has long since passed and still, no shirt. I told "Ethan" that I wanted my money refunded. He said they can't do that because the shirt has already shipped. I contacted the fraud department at my bank and they are currently investigating this issue. What a disappointing experience.
Received guitar print watch. Extremely poor quality. Band feels like plastic -- could bend a link with 2 fingers. Print out of guitars placed in face of watch. No depth, not attractive. Warning given on website -- 3D effect of watch image provided to show detail, not actual product. Small print that I saw after the fact. Extremely disappointed. They refused a return even though I did not have any name put on product. Poor customer service after the fact.
I bought the watch for my husband Lovely watch but don’t work He took it to the jewellers to have links taken out Then tried new battery but not that. I’ve emailed munbee asking if I can return it N they replace it Looking forward to their reply 🤷♀️
I just received my hat and i am very disappointed.The lettering are so small i need a MAGNIFY GLASS to read the lettering.It was not what i had order.The lettering and flag with the parachutes should have been larger as advertise.I need to return this cap....
Advertised on Facebook, I took the risk and ordered a watch for my husband's father's day gift. The trust pilot reviews were sketchy but their website had the 4.9 star rreviews they claim to have. The product itself is beautiful, the names on the face are a little smaller than we would have liked but the watch itself is well made and just as we expected. The shipping did take forever, people need to remember the item needs to be made, then shipped from another country. I ordered on the 15/06 and received it on 02/07 but I had constant updates on it's whereabouts. I would recommend this company providing you leave plenty of time for shipping.
Still waiting for the father's day gift I bought 3 weeks ago! They said it was being sent for delivery and it was sent 3 days later. It is now past the delivery date and I have no idea where it is Will never use again so disappointed
I ordered a guitar 🎸 watch that looks like individual guitars, shadows under each one, like 3 D. What I received was a picture of guitars flat on the face of the watch, total deception. This is a Father's Day gift. It is totally disappointing. This is a terrible company. I would never order ANYTHING from them again. Buyer beware
