Our surgery no longer takes requests to see a GP over the telephone. We fill in an online form Anima. It is quick and easy to use and once filled in it goes to the GP on call who will read through it and decide a course of action. They then send a text message to you saying what wool happen. It is very effective and our surgery is now a calmer happier place to be. Top marks and highly recommended.

Shocking system

Shocking system, takes forever and have to access at 6am to ensure it’s not full. Too many questions and appt given on app which is stupid if you’re ill. Getting up for 6am and then waiting to hear back when you feel like crap is counter intuitive. I hate it so much I’m changing GPs

The system does not work

The system does not operate correctly and would not respond to slider operations - pain and discomfort. Once again another system is put in place which demands the patient almost diagnoses her/himself. I'm not impressed.
