A couple weeks ago I bought one of Munbyn’s 203-dpi shipping label printers. It wasn’t bad, but since it didn’t fit my needs yesterday I contacted them asking if it would be possible to return the printer and apply any eventual refund amount to the purchase of an higher model. The result of that interaction is I’ll never buy any Munbyn product ever again. Here’s why. 1) Their return policy makes returning items impossible for 99.8% of clients.2) The support rep’s reply to my aforementioned request was as condescending and borderline insulting as it can get and the “counteroffer” they made was a joke (and it’s not the first time I get this kind of rude response from Munbyn agents).3) They don’t treat EU customers the same way as US and UK ones (several models and colors are missing from the EU site for no valid reason). I’ll be avoiding Munbyn like the plague and recommend everyone to do the same.
