I missed an item off my order, and to get it separately would have cost me £8.99 in delivery charges. I asked if I could add the item to my original order to avoid this happening. They froze my order, added the item, I paid the difference, then they un - froze it, and despatched it. Moments later, I had the tracking number. Fantastic.

Their team replied promptly, looked into my missing package right away, and didn’t hesitate to send a replacement when the carrier said it was delivered but I never received it (delivered to the wrong address by UniUni).
