Update: This might be the most frustrating purchase I’ve ever made. I get to work each morning and wait in the online chat que for a representative. It’s been 4 business days at 9 hours holding 36 hours total hold time. That is unbelievable and still no one has talked with me. I have gotten 2 emails. One requesting information which came after a few days. I sent the requested info and a week later was sent an email that said my information was not in their system. And that the info I gave them is associated with an order from more than a year ago. I sent them screenshots shots of my info that verifies it is exactly what I’ve sent. No one has responded. They have also blocked me on all social media because I reached out to them as they instruct on their website. This is a company that scrubs their reviews and comments.I can't speak to the quality of the snacks as I have yet to receive my box. That of course is a concern, though my greater concern is my inability to reach a customer service representative to resolve the issue. It has been 22 days since my order. The tab to report a package has been stuck in transit generates an email that says to reach out if you have a package stuck in transit for a period greater than 3 days. That's great info, but there is not a tab for reporting a package stuck in transit more than 3 days. It makes zero sense. And there is no way to reach anyone by phone. And the chat bot leaves you in an endless que.
