Additionally, I have been subjected to undue pressure and threats, being informed that I allegedly have only 30 days to return the products, including international customs clearance time, and that I must assume excessive return and customs costs. These conditions are contrary to EU consumer law, which guarantees the right of withdrawal without obstruction, intimidation, or disproportionate financial burden on the consumer.
