The ordering experience was smooth and free of confusion. The coat arrived quickly and came in secure and clean packaging. The fabric is from, tough, and comfortable a long walks on the street. The return policy is clearly spelled out before the ordering process. This is reassuring , just in case the size is incorrect. The customer support is polite and helpful when contacted about the delivery time. The return policy was not necessary, as the size matched the guidelines. The experience is smooth, dependable, and worth recommending.
SCAM ALERT!. "Mundo" is the Spanish and Portuquese word for "World" or "Earth". Derived from Latin mundus it can describe in same contexts, life experience.
When you are scammed by the clothing company of the same name you will be left with no option but to put it down to life experience.
It is evident that a lot of thought has gone into producing this slick operation - with quite a smart attractive online presence.
However, the address and telephone number connected to this SCAM OPERATION do not exist. For this reason alone you will be afforded no facility whatsoever to return the cheap garbage that will be sent to you along with a hefty prc tag.
Furthermore, the relentless automated replies to any form of communication you endeavour to engage in is simply designed to make you go away, which you will have to do.
Then, like me and countless others, they will keep your money and you will find yourself writing a one star review in an effort to warn others about the SCAM.
Look cautiously and carefully beyond the imagery and design. AVOID
The hoodie arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. Which was a solid start. It's good quality fabric and comfy for prolonged wear. It's good to know they have great return policies and that returns are easy and the process was described in good detail before I bought from them. Customer service was friendly with a minor query. It's been a good process, solid and repeated.
From the ordering process, everything was easy and organised. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was efficient. The deal with delivery of my coat was ahead of time and the product was also packaged in such a way that it would not wrinkle or or get damaged during delivery. The fabric is sturdy and warm but not heavy. Not only did the information on returns before making the purchase gave me reassuring in case the product did not fit. But it didn’t need it because it fit impeccably.

I ordered a size small jacket from "Mundo France", weeks later I received a terrible quality jacket from China with a Chinese label. The jacket was definitely not "small", I would say it was an "extra small". I cannot describe how awful the material is - such poor quality. I have chased them several times for a returns form, I am getting radio silence. Someone shut them down - please do not make the mistake of buying from Mundo. You will regret it... Just read the reviews here, these are lived experiences!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a sweatshirt that was shipped from abroad, and the label was removed, leaving damage. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to pay for the return, including customs fees. Alternatively, they offered me a discount on my next purchase, which I will not be accepting. I won't be buying from them again.
