I was a huge fan and used their products for a decade or more. Just recently they added a new “post purchase” feature where they display additional products. Attempting to exit out of it i accidentally hit add. There was no confirmation, no additional approval of charges—NOPE, since they already had my payment information approved for the previous purchase they were able to just charge my credit card. Even though I contacted customer support literally 60 seconds later, my order was already being “processed” and could not be altered. I was told a supervisor would call me, but they were too chicken to call and have a conversation so they sent me a bs email instead (although say they attempted to call me but no missed calls on my end and I had been waiting for their call). This whole set up is so predatory that I am shocked and saddened to see this brand stoop so low. I will NEVER buy from you again, Murad. When you treat your customers like garbage then you don’t keep them. Enjoy the extra $50 you scammed me out of. It will be the last.
