Review Time
I returned an item . They received it on June 16. Today is July 10 and I still have not received my refund. I have called and sent several emails. I have had no explanation. On email said the refund would be issued that day. It was in July 2. Nope. How do I get my money refunded?????
I was a huge fan and used their products for a decade or more. Just recently they added a new “post purchase” feature where they display additional products. Attempting to exit out of it i accidentally hit add. There was no confirmation, no additional approval of charges—NOPE, since they already had my payment information approved for the previous purchase they were able to just charge my credit card. Even though I contacted customer support literally 60 seconds later, my order was already being “processed” and could not be altered. I was told a supervisor would call me, but they were too chicken to call and have a conversation so they sent me a bs email instead (although say they attempted to call me but no missed calls on my end and I had been waiting for their call). This whole set up is so predatory that I am shocked and saddened to see this brand stoop so low. I will NEVER buy from you again, Murad. When you treat your customers like garbage then you don’t keep them. Enjoy the extra $50 you scammed me out of. It will be the last.
My order arrived missing 1 item which is the most expensive one. I sent an email to the address provided a week ago and haven't received any reply till today. I chatted via FB page but is not active. I rang the phone line but it was an automatic answer. I have no idea how to contact them.
I received an email late in the night saying that I placed an order (which I definitely did NOT) and had money deducted from my account. I assume this is a technical error from their end and immediately contacted them saying to cancel the order and process a refund. Three days later, I've sent four emails and had zero responses. It's a terrible customer experience and even worse to know that they have placed an order for me in error from their end.
Beware that Murad's order cancellation policy is horrible. I originally set up auto-fulfillment on my first order using the maximum 3-month fulfillment period. After three months, I received a reorder email time marked 12:19am (when I was asleep). I did not need a refill (and this stuff is expensive) and contacted the company as soon as it opened for business the next day (6am CA time). I was informed that Murad does not cancel orders (regardless of order timing/shipping status and I would have to pay to return it when received. Respectable, customer service oriented companies allow for cancellations when promptly contacted. I will now pay to return the products and delete my account immediately after the return refund is processed.
The terrible reviews are right!How can such ridiculously expensive products can have the worst service ever?! One of my products was missing, and an spf I order was leaked in product. They said I should dispute with my bank! When I asked why should I involve my bank in this issue which is murads fault the agent transferred me to her... so called supervisor who was ridiculously bad, rude, and dumb... she just wanted to get rid of the chat and said she would not change her opinion... ok so now her opinion is whats matters and not policies... so this lame company goes by opinions... that's why they are terrible.
