I received an email late in the night saying that I placed an order (which I definitely did NOT) and had money deducted from my account. I assume this is a technical error from their end and immediately contacted them saying to cancel the order and process a refund. Three days later, I've sent four emails and had zero responses. It's a terrible customer experience and even worse to know that they have placed an order for me in error from their end.
