We recently purchased a bed frame with storage from this company. Unfortunately, the first delivery arrived with a broken bed head. We had to wait a week with the bed frame in the middle of our room until it was replaced. The delay was due to their transportation schedule, which only operates on Wednesdays, despite us contacting them just 30 minutes after the initial delivery.
When the bed head was finally replaced, it arrived only in an open plastic bag, which was not professionally packaged or wrapped. Additionally, they placed the new bed head directly on the floor after removing the plastic bag, where their staff even stepped on it with their shoes. As a result, we now have to thoroughly clean the bed head ourselves.
Overall, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service or the handling of our purchase.
