Avoid this service! I placed an order in September 2025. I was informed in late October that the order was lost and they would reprocess it in 20 days. Later, I was told they never reprocessed it but would in mid-November. Still no product, no communication, and I can't contest on my credit card as 60 days have passed. The customer service is unbelievably poor. I can't say if the product is good since I received nothing despite spending over $200!
