I regret spending my money here! I placed an order in September 2025, only to be informed in late October that it was lost. I was told it would be reprocessed in 20 days, but later found out that it hadn't been. Promises of reprocessing in mid-November came and went, and I still haven't received anything. There has been zero communication, and now I can't dispute the charge since 60 days have passed. The customer service has been shockingly poor. I can’t even comment on the product because I never received it. They took over $200 from me, and I got nothing in return!

I had items in my shopping cart, and when I went to check out, they added a tip option. Seriously? When did tipping become a thing for retail items? You can uncheck the box, but how many people miss that and pay the extra fee? I won't be shopping here again.
