I was told it would be reprocessed in 20 days, but later found out that it hadn't been. Promises of reprocessing in mid-November came and went, and I still haven't received anything. There has been zero communication, and now I can't dispute the charge since 60 days have passed. The customer service has been shockingly poor. I can’t even comment on the product because I never received it. They took over $200 from me, and I got nothing in return!
