4 boxes of protein bars were damaged. The 2 previous orders came damaged too. Their shippers just throw it in the box with no packing peanuts, paper, or bubble wrap.
Joey the one I was emailing back and forth a was very accommodating and made things right. He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-stars!
But again, their shippers need retraining on how to pack a box. If it’s happening to me, it’s happening to others.
Muscle & Strength is a great company and I’ll still continue to order the Combat Dry protein powder for my husband. Thank goodness those didn’t get damaged, as 4 pounds of powder would be messy.
OH and the liquid shakes were even delivered in a clear plastic bag leaking all over. I so wish I could leave pictures.
