All right, so my review to them the first time was bad because I never received it, and when I asked for my refund, I never got anything back until I wrote a review. And once I wrote it, they tried to, asked if I wanted them to send it again, and I said yes. They sent it, I didn't get it, it was sent to the wrong address. And then, third time, they couldn't find the house so it was returned and the 4th time it was the wrong address again and so then, I ended up telling them, just give me the refund. And now there's no reply from them, and I mean, I still haven't gotten my package and its been about 3 month so, yeah, I'm disappointed with their, with them.

Additionally, the website indicated DHL Express shipping, but the package was sent via a different service. I inquired about this through email but received no response. The live chat feature also did not function as expected and redirected me to email support, which was not effective. On a positive note, the products themselves are excellent, with a broad selection available on the site, proper packaging without damage, and a long shelf life, which is certainly a benefit.

I contacted customer service, and they confirmed the delivery was done by this service. So why advertise Royal Mail? The delivery driver failed to deliver my package while I was home waiting for it, and I am still waiting for my delivery three weeks later! The misleading information and lack of communication from the company are unacceptable. Be cautious when ordering, as they seem unsure about their shipping methods, which can lead to long wait times for your orders. Very disappointing; there are many other websites where you can order supplements more reliably.
