Looks like all the reviews are similar with computer generated responses. I don't think anyone actually works there. Maybe a nerd in his basement. I started 5 days ago and paid for 1 month. I get to start workout and the app immediately freezes up. I can't X out or use any arrows to change screen. I can only scroll up to exit. I used help and did everything it suggested, and nothing worked, cancelled acct. the same day and requested refund. Caroline has offered me a free $249 lifetime subscription instead of refunding my $15.95 for something I still can't use. SCAM
