I'm unsure how to express my dissatisfaction with the service, as it was virtually non-existent. Like many others, I attempted to cancel my order and subscription ahead of time due to holiday plans. Despite this, the meals were delivered, and my card was charged. Thankfully, they arrived just before our departure. I stored the 14 meals—though not all my chosen options—in the freezer and tried to contact the service for a return. With no direct phone support, I left a message but received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, which never happened. I've since tried multiple times to get assistance regarding a return and refund, but there has been no response. I ended up discarding the meals as the expiration date has long passed. I strongly advise against using this service.
