I’m at a loss regarding the service provided, as it has been non-existent. Like many others here, I tried to cancel my order and subscription ahead of time since we planned to be away during Christmas. However, the meals still arrived, and my card was charged. Fortunately, the delivery came just before we left. I stored the 14 meals—though not all were my selected options—in the fridge freezer and attempted to reach out to the service for a return. With no direct phone line, I left a message and received an automated reply stating someone would respond, likely within 24 hours. That never happened. I've reached out multiple times since then for guidance on a return and refund, but still no reply. I ended up throwing away the meals as the use-by date has long passed. I suggest steering clear of this service.

They have failed in one of the most essential skills for running a customer service business: communication! Their website clearly states a contact number, but it's just an answering service, and they only respond when it's too late to resolve issues. They need to update their site; you can't even close your account. The food packaging makes it difficult to separate items, which is frustrating.
DO NOT order from this service; their customer support is ineffective! They seem to struggle with reading emails. I ordered meals, but they completely messed up the delivery by losing my order. They only found it after I reached out, didn't consult me, and then wanted to deliver when I had ordered for someone who was out of town. One star.
Out of the 14 meals I ordered, only 6 were correct. They replaced items they thought were similar without consulting me and included meals I don't eat. They deleted my review from their social media page and have not responded to my attempts to rectify the situation or request a refund. Terrible customer service!
I wish I had discovered this service sooner! The food is delicious, and there's a great variety to choose from. The website is user-friendly, and my delivery has been flawless! My favorite dish has to be the creamy tomato chicken with penne pasta.
