I’m at a loss regarding the service provided, as it has been non-existent. Like many others here, I tried to cancel my order and subscription ahead of time since we planned to be away during Christmas. However, the meals still arrived, and my card was charged. Fortunately, the delivery came just before we left. I stored the 14 meals—though not all were my selected options—in the fridge freezer and attempted to reach out to the service for a return. With no direct phone line, I left a message and received an automated reply stating someone would respond, likely within 24 hours. That never happened. I've reached out multiple times since then for guidance on a return and refund, but still no reply. I ended up throwing away the meals as the use-by date has long passed. I suggest steering clear of this service.
