All the meat and chicken were packaged well, chilled and delivered quickly. The food is of good quality and I really enjoyed the chicken sausages! I think it was good value for the price and I would and have recommended to friends . I will be ordering again soon
We were out! But Ups delivered to our safe place, packaging was intact, although a little wet, We do live in Cornwall!
Checked off the inventory, all present and correct, sorted some for the fridge, the rest the freezer so now we have a couple of months supply knowing the quality will be first class and it's come from a full stun using company, this is becoming more important for me and many others, and it's good to find a company that respects the welfare of it's meat animals right to the end.
I wanted to lose weight so I thought I would give these meals a try. I thought I had ordered one box to try. They have just delivered another box. When I try to find my account to cancel its saying I dont have one. I dont like the food
They used to be excellent, but after a couple of Christmases, I spent £35 on a joint of beef that was filled with what I can only describe as veins. It was revolting, so I discarded it. They offered a £10 voucher, but I haven't used them since and will return to my trusted local butcher. Additionally, my mother-in-law ordered a Christmas hamper that never arrived, which was absolutely unacceptable.
I've been a customer for some time and recently reordered a holiday hamper along with a few additional items. Unfortunately, I was let down this year when I received a damaged 2.5kg bag of chicken that was already open. I reached out to the support team through live chat and email to report the issue, but have yet to receive any response from them. My initial contact was made on Friday, December 19th.
I have yet to receive my order, which is the main issue. It was supposed to arrive on the 19th, but it hasn't come. According to the delivery service, they have the order information and are waiting for the shipment. I've reached out twice via email. My family and I have been loyal customers for years and have recommended your service to others who now use it as well. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this. As a disabled individual living alone, I rely on my meat delivery, and this order was meant to last me until next year. I hope to hear back from you soon.
The package was left on the front doorstep without any notification, and I didn’t discover it until a full day later. The quality of the steak was subpar and not as advertised, resulting in a significant waste of money for my family. Additionally, we live on a busy street, yet there was no proper delivery process communicated.
My order was marked as delivered, but I was home and heard nothing. I checked the supposed delivery location, but found nothing. The delivery image was just dark. I reported the issue, but I haven't received a response in almost five days. I have another order for the holiday season and I'm worried about facing the same problem.
First, the stir fry strips had a hole in the packaging, leaking blood all over the order, so I discarded them as I didn't trust the packaging. Second, the delivery was left by my side door in the rain without any notification, so I was unaware it had been delivered. The box collapsed, but thankfully the meat was in a plastic bag. Most of the meat looks fine, but if DPD is the delivery service, I won't be ordering again.
