Very disappointing experience with Prepped Pots.
I ordered a 14-meal prep package costing £76.36 expecting freshly prepared meals, especially as my previous order from them arrived fresh, clearly labelled with use-by dates, and was excellent quality.
Unfortunately, this order was completely different. The meals arrived packed with ice and were clearly frozen, as though they had been stored in a freezer rather than delivered fresh. This is not what I paid for and is misleading if the service is supposed to provide freshly prepared meals.
Even more concerning was the complete lack of use-by date labels on any of the meals. My previous order included these, so it was surprising and worrying that this basic food safety information was missing. Without use-by dates, customers cannot know how long the food is safe to consume.
I contacted the company and sent photographs showing the condition of the meals but have still not received a proper explanation or resolution. For an order costing over £76, the lack of response and accountability is extremely frustrating.
At this point I am still waiting for either a replacement that meets the expected standard or a refund.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall. I expected much better.
