I sent back two pairs of leggings that were too big; one was tried on and the other never taken out of the packaging. After just 24 hours, I got an email claiming I had washed them. This happened on December 11th, and since I requested store credit, I've heard nothing back. I will never shop here again. Their sizing is inconsistent. I fit a small in one brand and a medium in another, but their shorts and leggings are completely different. It's unfortunate because I own several pairs of their shorts and tops, but after this incident, I’ll let karma take care of it.
