I ordered 5 items on tuesday and they all arrived less than 2 days later (with express shipping). I tried them on and realised they were too small for me so i used their SUPER easy return system that they outlined on a leaflet in the order. I went to the post office today (friday) to send them back to exchange them for a bigger size and my new order is already on the way. Absolutely insane service and i’ll 110% be buying off these guys again !!!

Consistent Quality and Great Supplements

Sizing problems and unsatisfactory support

I returned two leggings that were too large; one was tried on while the other stayed in its packaging. I received an email within 24 hours claiming I had washed them. This took place on December 11th, and I requested store credit but haven’t heard back since. I won’t shop here again. Be cautious. Their sizing is quite inconsistent—I wear a small in one brand and a medium in another, but their shorts and leggings sizes differ greatly. It’s disappointing, as I own several pairs of their shorts and tops, but after this experience, I’ll let fate decide regarding my returns.

I sent back two pairs of leggings that were too big; one was tried on and the other never taken out of the packaging. After just 24 hours, I got an email claiming I had washed them. This happened on December 11th, and since I requested store credit, I've heard nothing back. I will never shop here again. Their sizing is inconsistent. It's unfortunate because I own several pairs of their shorts and tops, but after this incident, I’ll let karma take care of it.

Loving the Vixen bras!

I absolutely adore the feel and fit of the Vixen bras! I have them in black and yellow 🥰 As someone with a larger bust, I’ve never found a style that fits so comfortably without the fear of falling out until I tried these Vixen bras! 💛💛💛

Bra sizing issues

The customer support is very helpful. I initially ordered a medium elite sports bra, but it was too loose in the band, though the cups fit well. I returned it and got a small as advised, but now the cups are way too small, and my chest doesn't stay in, even though the band fits well. I wish they would increase the coverage on their sports bras, especially for high activity.

Fantastic products recently acquired!

We’ve recently enjoyed some excellent products and truly appreciate the quality this team aims for, especially with their protein chocolate daily shake. The texture is super smooth and creamy, making us crave more each time. Mixed with just water, it’s like a delightful chocolate drink, and it’s even creamier with milk! 😍 We loved it so much that we bought another large packet instead of a tub and can’t wait to try all the grape flavors we picked up recently! Plus, the team reaching out to thank us for our feedback was a nice touch.

Returned items, still no refund

I returned several items as they didn’t fit. The delivery service couldn’t complete the delivery and left it at a nearby post office just 15 minutes away. The company has refused to collect the item and issue a refund for a month now. For community awareness, the closest post office is indeed only 15 minutes away. The item is still there, and I had initially requested a refund, which was later changed to store credit as they claimed it was quicker. This has not been the case, so I requested a refund instead. The items were posted on November 19th and ready for collection by November 24th. While it hasn’t been a full month, that’s 21 days for someone to collect the item from a reasonable location.

Beware of deceptive practices

Customer service should focus on assisting customers, not just reciting policies without addressing complaints properly. This company should be ashamed for running a free gift promotion designed to mislead customers into spending enough for the gift but not actually providing it. The product appearing in the cart leads customers to believe it’s automatically included, when in fact, you need to take additional steps. It’s evident from the FAQs that this has affected many people, yet instead of improving their process, they profit from human error. I will never shop here again and will warn my friends to avoid it as well.
