This company should be ashamed for running a free gift promotion designed to mislead customers into spending enough for the gift but not actually providing it. The product appearing in the cart leads customers to believe it’s automatically included, when in fact, you need to take additional steps. It’s evident from the FAQs that this has affected many people, yet instead of improving their process, they profit from human error. I will never shop here again and will warn my friends to avoid it as well.
