Muse.ai didn't have a free trial mode but they did mention that they would cover refunds in 72 hours. I have decided to pay for it to give it a try, and their service does do a good job at what it does, it just didn't do exactly what i needed. So i reached out to customer support and it's been by far the worst support I've received. It's now been weeks, with many follow up emails, and I'm not hearing back from them and I still didn't get a refund. It's now been well over 72 hours and I wouldn't be surprised if they refuse me the refund because of it. I would avoid this service entirely because of the extremely poor, or even non-existant, customer support.---Edit: Be wary of reviews posted shortly after mine. Muse has finally responded to me, has still not issued a refund, and is trying to cover my review because I didn't want to remove it until i received the refund. Be aware!
