Beware.. I was offered a subscription to continue watching a story. After I subscribed and went to watch the next episode I was told there were no more episodes at this time. I had to subscribe to a subscription to finish a show that was not done yet. I canceled right away and asked for a refund since I was mislead and it also showed a 30 day money back guarantee. I was told they would only offer me a 50 percent refund and if I didn't accept that then they would refund nothing. So now they want to keep half of my money for subscribing for 5 minutes and not receiving what I subscribed for. They are also not honoring the 30-day guarantee that was showing in white print. Update: After several emails back and fourth with the company trying to strong arm me into a half refund. I kept refusing and they finally agreed to a full refund. I will update when my refund returns to my account.

Absolute SCAMMERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would.I purchased a subscription to watch a series believing I could watch the full series. To my astonishment I could only watch a portion. I also had 1970 coins with no way of using them,I so wasn’t happy so ended subscription via manage subscription and still they took money from my account I then google how to end my subscription which directed me to an email address.I emailed got bot Fin, and requested the cancellation, unbeknown to me (cos I have a life) fin sent 2 emails asking if I was sure, why ??(discovered this recently). Because I told bot fin I wanted it cancelled i assumed fin did as I requested. So I disregarded the follow-up emails. Thinking it was cancelled I then deleted the app.A month later I discovered they didn’t stop the subscription instead they continued to take money out of my account.I politely requested a refund for full payment The CSO quoted I had agreed to the terms and conditions( which I did) so they offered 50% of my money back and that I keep the subscription.I refused this ludacris offer as I saw it as theft, I’ve already cancelled this subscription a month ago.I then copied and pasted the terms and conditions advised that I sent an email requesting the cancellation (15/02/2026) and ended subscription ( 06/02/26)so again I refused.Then they responded with they didn’t confirm the cancellation because I didn’t respond to the emails asking if I was sure. Wow!!! Unbelievable !!!! how’d they come up with a technicality when I’m the one who contacted them requesting the cancellation..BEWARE people don’t trust them
For three or four years, and in the past months, the service has become so unstable that the videos randomly stop playing, and the support is not responding most of the time. And when they do, they give some excuses without ever addressing the issue. As someone said in the reviews before, it looks like a dying company, and it's very sad because it used to be good, but now it's a shit show. So, I'll be looking for alternatives.
I used muse.ai for a few years and they were cheap and responsive. A while back things started to go wrong, videos not loading properly and enquiries sat unanswered for days or weeks.This is clearly a dead or dying company - they also display an old Trustpilot score on their site. I left in August.
I would strongly avoid this company! I've payed for a year and the embedded videos stopped working for about a month ago - simply not loading - dashboard not working properly. I've wrote 3 times to support and I had no reply. I had to start over with implementation using another platform. They simply don't care.
