Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing regarding my reservation for the Vatican Museums, for which the amount of €120 was charged on 07/12/2025.This reservation was cancelled by the museum due to an internal event, and I was informed that the refund procedure had been activated, with the amount to be refunded within 60 days to the credit card used for the payment.Today marks the 60th day since this confirmation, and no refund has been credited so far. Since the cancellation, I have not received the €120 back.I kindly ask you to confirm immediately that the refund has been processed and to provide, if available, the transaction or reference number of the refund.If the amount is not credited shortly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my credit card provider and, if necessary, submit a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre.I trust this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.Kind regards,Andréia Kaori
