I recently purchased tickets for a tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel on 6th May, believing the site to be the official site of the museums - it is not. I was charged 458 Euros for tickets that cost 160 Euros, only discovering this when I downloaded them. To make matters worse, the Sistine Chapel - my main reason for booking - was closed on the day of our tour and despite requests, Walkers refused to provide any kind of refund or justify their exorbitant charge of 298 Euros.
