I am writing this review with disappointment rather than anger.I made a family booking for the Paradox Museum late in the evening, intended for Sunday 1 February, as part of a 70th birthday celebration. The confirmation email showed the booking had been made for Wednesday 28 January instead.I noticed the error immediately and contacted Musement within minutes, requesting a simple date change, not a refund. I also attempted to amend the booking online, but this was not possible. Despite explaining that the adults in our group were working and the children were in school — making the booked date clearly impractical — my request was refused by both email and phone.I escalated the matter formally yesterday but have not yet received a response.I fully understand that policies exist; however, I was disappointed by the lack of discretion shown in a situation where the error was raised immediately and the request was reasonable. I remain hopeful that this can still be reviewed by a senior team member and resolved.I would welcome a public response from Musement confirming whether this matter can be reviewed further.
