Prompt assistance

I had to rebook my ticket by canceling and making a new reservation. Although I had technical problems with this, the customer service was prompt and took care of the needed steps on my behalf. This is also a more reasonable price and better options than some other tourist sites.

Disappointing lack of flexibility for genuine error

I am writing this review with disappointment rather than anger.I made a family booking for the Paradox Museum late in the evening, intended for Sunday 1 February, as part of a 70th birthday celebration. The confirmation email showed the booking had been made for Wednesday 28 January instead.I noticed the error immediately and contacted Musement within minutes, requesting a simple date change, not a refund. I also attempted to amend the booking online, but this was not possible. Despite explaining that the adults in our group were working and the children were in school — making the booked date clearly impractical — my request was refused by both email and phone.I escalated the matter formally yesterday but have not yet received a response.I fully understand that policies exist; however, I was disappointed by the lack of discretion shown in a situation where the error was raised immediately and the request was reasonable. I remain hopeful that this can still be reviewed by a senior team member and resolved.I would welcome a public response from Musement confirming whether this matter can be reviewed further.

Booked tickets for Banksy Limitless…

Booked tickets for Banksy Limitless exhibition, in London. We had a very poor experience with our tickets. We had booked five tickets for the exhibition, three premium and two standard. We had email confirmation of all of the tickets, but when arrived we were told the QR codes only covered 3 entries, 1 premium and 2 standard. We had print outs of the tickets stating what we had paid for, but we were not allowed one of the premium entries. Following our visit we have proved payment of the tickets, but still not recieved a refund. Very disappointing. We will not use TUI Musement again.

I have paid for tickets I never received and they didn't paid me back because they said i didn't asked for refund on time. Just stay away. The only reason to go there is to make a mistake because they presend the price in £

Easy to book but..?

Easy to book but there is something wrong with the time pop ups.Pops up too often.I am a mature student.The requirements for a reduced rate ticket is not clear enough.Maybe I missed it somewhere.
