MuseScore publicly stated they would review my case and assist. However, after I provided my account details, I received a private response denying any refund.
To be clear:
• I cancelled the subscription within minutes of signing up
• I did not use the service at all
• I attempted multiple refund requests and received no response until posting this review
Their reply cites a 14-day policy, but I cancelled almost immediately and they refuse to refund.
This feels misleading — both in how the subscription was presented (appearing like a trial) and in how support handles refund requests.
I am still requesting a full refund and a resolution consistent with what was promised publicly.
