Where do I start? First, terrible customer service. Every time I call in, the reps seem to have an attitude like I am inconveniencing them.Secondly, for the second month in a row, they have just taken money from my account, without prior authorization. They stated that they don't need it, since my account is in collections. This is the worst business practice I have EVER experienced. I never agreed to them taking out $100 every two weeks, yet they continue to do so. They should be ashamed and I will NEVER EVER rent from this terrible business again.When I called in to voice my concerns, the reps had no sympathy. Totally dissatisfied with this company. BEWARE!!
