My father, a qualified individual, confirmed it was unrepairable, yet you refuse to accept his verification simply because he is my father. Additionally, the constant increases in policy renewal fees are frustrating and do not reward loyal customers. Why should I continue with a company that shows no willingness to assist someone who is seriously ill?
