Unsatisfactory service and support

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After years of coverage payments, when I needed help with my monitor replacement, I faced many challenges. My father, a qualified individual, confirmed it was unrepairable, yet you refuse to accept his verification simply because he is my father. Additionally, the constant increases in policy renewal fees are frustrating and do not reward loyal customers. Why should I continue with a company that shows no willingness to assist someone who is seriously ill?

I don't want to stay with you

I don't want to stay with you; your service has been unacceptable. After years of paying, when I needed help with my monitor replacement, you created barriers. My father, who is qualified, confirmed it was beyond repair, yet you dismiss his assessment simply because he’s my father. Furthermore, your consistent increase in policy renewals doesn't show appreciation for long-term customers. Why should I remain with a company that won't assist someone who is seriously ill?
