I ordered a copy of an uncommon film on DVD, this film cost more on its own that the rest of the DVDs I bought at the time and upon receipt of the item the correct disc was not inside. I was mighty upset. They did send me my money back when I sent it back to them. But the least they could do is actually check that it is what they say it is.
