Don't trust these people. Sent a perfectly good watch and was told it was faulty and was offered a couple of quid instead of book price. Nothing wrong with watch and sold privately to a happy customer.
It was easy enough to drop of my iPhone at Timpsons.
Money was in my bank within the hour.
I will say if they see the slightest mark on your phone they will mark down the value.
Ordered two CD's. Perfect condition. One of the cases was cracked but that I think that may have been in the delivery process. Perhaps the use of a bubble wrap envelope would be recommended. All in all very happy and will use again. Thank you.

Unfortunately the packaging lets them down and the corners of the CD arrived damaged. Possibly in transit but also possibly as they are posted through the door and land on the floor.
Amazing customer service.Paul has been great help through my journey throughout.I sold my I phone 16 pro max and it failed the checks.So I asked for the phone to be sent back to me but Royal Mail had lost the phone during the deliver back process.Paul was such great help he helped me throughout the whole process and was able to get the courier claim to me I was so satisfied for all his help,support and reassurance over the past 2 weeks whilst he was trying to sort it all out for me.Music Magpie is trustworthy and I am so grateful to Paul for all his help.
Very poor. I received the new phone without the SIM opening tool which was part of the product they were supposed to send. I emailed them and said that although I received the order there was no SIM opening tool in the box therefore I couldn’t use the new phone, so would they send one. I got a reply rambling on about how my order was definitely delivered as Royal Mail said so and that I should check with my neighbours to see if they had it. Clearly no one read it properly. I replied with the same information as before and suggested they read my email. No reply. I will not be using them again.
Although there is free postage to send your phone in, didn’t realise it could be dropped off at a local Timpsons. After agreeing with my opinion that it was in excellent condition, the money was paid into my account the same afternoon. Highly recommended.
Bought easily, had acknowledgement but there weren’t hundreds of reminders that I’d bought something which I prefer. The items. Came exactly when they said they would. Really well packaged and set up to reuse packaging for sending old phone back to recoup a little money. Great refurbished iPhone 16 pro max. Love it
bought an iPhone 15 pro max in pristine condition and looked like new with no scuffs or scratches and it was flawless but had a worn battery but I had contacted music magpie and they were quick to reply and sorted my issue out, Highly recommend them for buying refurbished phones
