Awful service
Very much adopt a policy "that sounds like a you problem"
They marked my phone as poor even though according to their guidelines it should be classed as excellent, offered me £54 for a Samsung fold 6.
I refused and requested a return of device.
They lost it
And adopted their "that sounds like a you problem"
Weeks later they found it and finally returned it
When i received the device back They had removed the screen protector from the internal screen which voids the warranty and stops my ability to sell the device anywhere else
As because I can not provide pictures of my device prior to sending it they're yet again adopting their "That sounds like a you problem" attitude
