Very poor. I received the new phone without the SIM opening tool which was part of the product they were supposed to send. I emailed them and said that although I received the order there was no SIM opening tool in the box therefore I couldn’t use the new phone, so would they send one. I got a reply rambling on about how my order was definitely delivered as Royal Mail said so and that I should check with my neighbours to see if they had it. Clearly no one read it properly. I replied with the same information as before and suggested they read my email. No reply. I will not be using them again.
