They charged me for a music sheet and then they wanted to charge me double again for a print of it. I could not even download the digital one. Let's just say that it was useless and I could have easily got it online for me but I thought I do the right thing and pay for it. Ended up with this manipulative selling method. Not cool at all! The purchase was under R Kaveh.
I've used music notes for over a decade now, I managed to find a lot of old swing numbers that were not in my fake and busker books, or any of my other books for that matter. Easy site to use, and normally a good range of keys to choose from, along with different layouts for piano, guitar, vocal etc.
I used music notes for a year with no issues, but then my subscription renewed and it doesnt acknowledge this on my phone. The company knew this was an issue and although helpful at first, they now ignore my requests for a refund of my subscription that I haven't been able to use for 3 months. I have emailed them on 3 occasions and they dont reply. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. Utterly disgraceful. I just want my money back for something that you know doesnt work.
I've always been able to find any song or piece of music i want/need. Most pieces in several keys. Also they have several different arrangements of each piece of music from piano beginner to the original score and everything in between.
