Couldn't print - terrible customer service

I ordered four pieces of sheet music and rather than providing a downloadable PDF, which is what other sites provide, musicnotes only lets you print from their site for a short period of time. I immediately printed three of the four pieces, but the last piece wouldn't print. I contacted Support and they gave me a ridiculous runaround. I gave up. It's not worth the six bucks to deal with them. Absolutely awful!

Very underhanded company

Very underhanded company. I have purchased large amounts of music on line and decided to give MusicNotes.com a try. They charge you $5.99 for the sheet music which is fine but you do not get the PDF! That is another charge if you want the PDF. You can only print. They do not tell you this up front. Would not recommend or purchase from here again.

TERRIBLE interface

TERRIBLE interface. cheap price gouging ass company. first you have to pay PER PRINT. that's right folks, they charge you $5 for 1 print. so let's say it didn't print the first time...well you don't get a second time unless you pay. you DO NOT get the pdf with your purchase take NOTE OF THAT! sheet music com you pay the same amount and get the pdf immediately and can then print unlimited number of times.

The value of their "official" scores

I especially appreciate Musicnotes "official" scores. They are more expensive, but for valuable good reason: I can trust them to be accurate, easy-to-read, and attractive on the page. Please, keep up the good work!

Very confusing subscription system

Very confusing subscription system. The Pro offer does not clearly state that you only get one song per month unless you pay extra. I felt misled — the way the offer was presented didn’t match what I expected when signing up. Support cancelled my subscription but wouldn’t provide any goodwill credit. For the price they charge, there are far better alternatives.
