I placed an order on November 25th, and by December 1st, I still hadn’t received any useful tracking information. The order was for basic battery clips, and the delay was unwarranted. Communication was lacking, and I’m now facing an unresolved VAT credit. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service if you’re on a tight schedule. Not a reliable business.
