I made the order of one of these kits as a Christmas gift, and the entire experience has been a total disaster.
The most frustrating part isn’t just the broken components or the wrong enclosure being sent twice, it’s the dishonest way this company handles communication.
They ignored our emails for weeks. Then, the very moment a negative review was posted, they suddenly "miraculously" reappeared in our inbox, acting like they wanted to help. It’s now obvious that they only care about their public image, not their customers.
In their email, they gave us a ridiculous excuse about the missing parts being "lost in the mail" (after two months of silence, which is impossible to believe).
When we finally demanded a full refund, they said "okay," but then went silent again.
They are now intentionally withholding the return address and refusing to provide a prepaid shipping label.
They told us we could return the kits, but they are making it impossible to do so by ignoring our requests for the necessary shipping information. It has been a week of total silence since they "agreed" to the return.
This company is dishonest. They pretend to be helpful just to silence you, and then they "ghost" you the moment you ask for a real solution.
Don't be fooled by their sudden replies to complaints, it’s just a tactic to stall for time.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I placed an order on November 25th, and by December 1st, I still hadn’t received any useful tracking information. The order was for basic battery clips, and the delay seemed unnecessary. Communication was lacking, and I’m now facing an unresolved VAT credit issue. Overall, I can't recommend this service if you need timely delivery. Not a reliable option.

Definitely recommend. Their service is quite good. It isn't an "order today, receive tomorrow" type of service, but if that's not an issue for you, then ordering from them is great. They offer a fantastic range of active, passive, and other items. They also distribute for other brands of effect kits and PCBs.
Good products, but shipping time is excessively long. Ordered on August 16 but haven’t received the items yet. No response to emails... finally got my items. The shipping was out of the sender's control, I think! Perhaps they should consider using a different courier!
This is an updated review as I purchased more items. The service is great. Just remember that it's a one-person operation, so shipping can take a while and responses to emails may not be immediate. However, if it's urgent, he seems to prioritize those requests. I’ve bought 4 kits with 3 more on the way. One kit was missing a specific capacitor, and it was quickly sent to me once I mentioned it. The kits are user-friendly and reasonably priced with good quality.
Great selection of guitar pedals at a competitive price. Ultimately, the pedals I built sound good. However, the staff at the company are quite slow in preparing and shipping orders. I reported several errors with the materials received as well.
Mixed feelings about the service. My order was incomplete, and the first part only arrived after I contacted support. However, the enclosure and two potentiometer knobs never arrived. After reaching out again, I was told they had been shipped—but no tracking number was provided, despite multiple requests. In the end: no package, no reply. Customer service needs significant improvement. If you order from them, double-check everything and don’t expect quick or reliable support.
