I would not recommend personally, had issues from the very start when my order was left outside my house to be stolen and then had to arrange for it to be redelivered. I do appreciate that the customer service in that instance responded really well. However, I've not found the products not to be very good and definitely not as magical as the massive advertisements on their website and the videos show. And if you want to return them, it is a long and difficult process despite the fact that they advertise it as easy and hassle-free. Not true at all. Firstly, you have to email them and list the products that you want to send back and provide reasons for all of it and then you'll get redirected to their website and a price comparison website for you to compare prices and see who is the cheapest courier to use to then pay for these products to go back despite the fact that they were late and do not work as effectively as advertised. Personally wouldn't buy from this company again and would advise others not to if they want the option of easy and or free returns.
