Delivery fast love the simple scrub it's great on my floors. Had a minor problem but was sorted out very quickly by telephone straight through to an agent no having to go through a series of number options. Would recommend this Company.
I had one of the amazing simple scrubs which had stopped working so emailed asking whether it was possible to get just a new unit without accessories as I have them. Within 3 days I received a new unit free of charge.
I cannot fault the products and services of this company and have many of their items. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
⁹Very disappointed with my aqua pro washer. No real cleaning power, just superficial. Returned for refund at a cost of £6.49. So with the original postage charge I've paid about £10 to be disappointed. I really felt the need to put this review in as all I have read is about people being thrilled with their purchases. Customer services quick to respond, thank you.
Edited to query why Must Have Ideas have responded suggesting I contact them etc... if they read my review they'd surely see that I already have?
Found a company that stands by its products. Mould magic: if it sayes gone in a few hours and then gone for good. It does what it sayes on the tin. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Tried the Laundry Sheets out of curiosity. (Buy 2 get 1 free offer). Shared them with a family member and a neighbour. We are all very impressed with the performance and ease of use and no bulky bottles to store. I have ordered some more (Linen Fresh) and these will be my first preference for laundry from now on.
Ive ordered quite a few items from Must Haves & they always arrive on time in good strong boxes & are top quality so I would definitely recommend this company
Bought total toilet less than a month ago ,it has lost the blue colour already ,,I work Mon-Fri, so that only leaves 2 people on the house all day! My husband uses the downstairs toilet himself, this has not had the total toilet block in there ,we put it into the upstairs bathroom toilet only ! Very disappointed that it has run out already, certainly hasn't been flushed nowhere near 2000 times!! I also bought the laundry wash sheets, disappointed with those too ,as they left no smell to the washed clothes even though the sheets smelt lovely before use ! I have also bought the max field card protection, don't know if they work ,hopefully 1 out of 3 products will .
I would not recommend personally, had issues from the very start when my order was left outside my house to be stolen and then had to arrange for it to be redelivered. I do appreciate that the customer service in that instance responded really well. However, I've not found the products not to be very good and definitely not as magical as the massive advertisements on their website and the videos show. And if you want to return them, it is a long and difficult process despite the fact that they advertise it as easy and hassle-free. Not true at all. Firstly, you have to email them and list the products that you want to send back and provide reasons for all of it and then you'll get redirected to their website and a price comparison website for you to compare prices and see who is the cheapest courier to use to then pay for these products to go back despite the fact that they were late and do not work as effectively as advertised. Personally wouldn't buy from this company again and would advise others not to if they want the option of easy and or free returns.
I ordered the mini chopper Saturday and it arrived Sunday ! That is amazing as it was the weekend. Everything I've bought from this company has been brilliant and I've had no need to contact their customer services.
Amazing company to deal with and if anything does go wrong , an actual person responds and rectifies the issue , usually within hours
