I ordered a t-shirt 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any updates on when my parcel will be shipped, I emailed to try to track it and had no response. I’m gutted as I’ve ordered from mutimer before and they’ve provided updates and responded to emails quickly, the quality of their clothes is good however am disappointed I haven’t had any updates and am concerned my parcel won’t arrive.
