Bought a shirt from them which was much smaller than standard size. Customer service was unhelpful and impersonal. Eventually agreed to refund me but after I returned the shirt it had gained a mysterious stain, one that would have been impossible for me to cause and was also so barely visible i had to change the contrast on my phone screen to make out in the first place. I was then denied a refund based on this. This company is a scam they want to hold onto your money at all costs. They normally don't even offer refunds only store credit so buyers beware. Many other reviews here seem to have had similar problems.

Disappointing Experience with Gift Card Order

I recently ordered two gift cards as a present for a family member who seems to enjoy this brand. Despite multiple emails confirming that the cards would arrive in separate emails, they never did. Eventually, I received an email stating that my order was canceled, but the funds have not been refunded yet. Then, I got another email claiming they canceled a debit card purchase to protect themselves from potential fraud, but I'm the one left without my money for an unknown period. There was no customer service contact available at any level to clarify the situation, just vague emails that suggest they are acting in my best interest. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience with a local business and is incredibly disappointing.

Incredible Quality!
